The Customer has 14 days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange. Each case will be assessed individually, and exchanges for limited edition items or items that are permanently or temporarily unavailable are not possible.

Before any refund or exchange, the customer must contact HTD Watches (info@htdwatchinstruments.com). The item must be returned by the customer at their own expense to HTD WATCHES SRLS no later than fourteen days after informing HTD Watches of their decision to withdraw.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, complete and in their original packaging.

The original purchase price of the merchandise will be refunded to the customer after HTD WATCHES SRLS has received and verified the condition of the merchandise. Following the return, the refund will be deducted from shipping costs, order processing costs, and any fees charged by merchants (Paypal, Stripe, etc.).

In the event of a return for exchange, the new product will be sent after the return has been received and verified.

Damaged, incomplete, or dirty items returned by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be sold as new) and, consequently, will not be refunded or replaced.

By making a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale. Customers interested in any item on www.htdwatchinstruments.com must follow this procedure to place an order: after reviewing the order details (e.g., color, quantity, product, price, model, etc.), by clicking the "add to cart" icon, the selected item will be added to the cart with the chosen configuration. Our packages are shipped from Italy via courier (actual service may vary depending on the destination country). By ordering one or more of our products, you accept that delivery may take place in the following weeks and months, as some products are currently in production and, as a result, a discounted price will be applied.

Each item sold on order has an estimated delivery date. However, variations may occur due to production delays beyond HTD's control. HTD will ensure that each item is shipped as quickly as possible and will inform the customer of any changes.
